Unable to see your Scanner in the Scanner list in ATC
Ensure the device is installed
To verify that the device is set up and appears in the Printer and Scanner section on your computer, please follow the instructions below. If the device is not in the list, you may attempt to install it manually. The installation steps will differ based on the device and the operating system in use. If necessary, please reach out to your local IT support team for assistance.
Go to Control Panel.
Select Devices and Printers.
Look for the Printer & Scanners section.
Check if your device is listed there.
ScaVerify scanning to your computer outside of Novari ATC
To check if you can scan to your computer outside of Novari ATC, please adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines for using the device for scanning. This will assist in identifying whether the problem lies with Novari ATC or the device itself. If you find that you cannot scan to your computer outside of Novari ATC, please reach out to your local IT support team.
If the Scanner is installed and works outside of Novari ATC but not showing up in Novari ATC Scanner list
If the device is still not showing up in the Novari scanner list inside the application, please verify the brand and model series of the device and make sure the device is compatible with TWAIN.
