Update Account Username

In Novari Identity Management^TM, the capability to modify a user's username has been introduced. This feature is exclusively accessible to Novari Support Coordinators via the IdentityAccountUsernameChanger role. To obtain this role, please submit a request through support, and it will be made available temporarily.

Please sign into Novari Identity Management, navigate to People and Search for the Person

Navigate to the Account and select Username

Edit and Save
