When setting up surgeons as routing destinations, please ensure that the following is done:
All surgeon routing destinations should include the Surgeon under the Provider column in the routing component:
On the Person Details page, assign the Service type(s) to the location that will be their routing destination. The Service type is NOT to be added to the person under the location.
