Locations
Locations are used to define the necessary steps and permissions for a referral pathway. They do not have to be a singular physical site; they can also refer to the program or service provider accountable for a step in the process For example, a location might be the office of a family doctor who submits referrals via fax. A location could also be the office of a specialist who accepts referrals. Additionally, a location might be a diabetes service within a community health centre.

Send to ATC
For pathways where integration is established between Novari eRequest and Novari ATC (surgical pathways), please ensure the provider GUID from eRequest is mapped in ATC. Also ensure that the "Send to ATC" feature is activated for the designated location(s). This enables the "Send to ATC" button to appear on requisitions configured with this integration. The requisition can then be forwarded to the Novari ATC surgeon’s Unlisted Case Inbox for inclusion in the surgical wait list within Novari ATC.
If there exists a list of Novari ATC clients, please note that these clients were setup during the implementation of the application based on the specific requirements of your organization.
If there are no Novari ATC clients available or the specific Novari ATC is not listed, select Default.
Select Update Novari ATC Integration to save your changes.
Edit a Location
To edit an existing location, select its name in the Locations list.
Deactivate a Location
You must exercise caution as deactivating a location may adversely impact the pathway.
To deactivate a location, click on Deactivate and then verify the deactivation in the Deactivate Location dialog. If you deactivated a location by mistake, you can reactivate it.
